Hired Empire to install vinyl plank flooring. Sales person came with numerous samples to choose from. Price was excellent! Lower than local large chain. Empire install department was able to schedule install that fit our schedule. Installers completed install one day sooner then advised. Happy customer!

The complete process was professional. It was a pleasure to deal with the complete team from Tim during the purchasing, the support staff at the St. Louis office and the installation team. The communication was good and their passion to ensure my satisfaction was obvious and appreciated.
